Introduction

preperai (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the preperai platform at preperai.space. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you use our service.

By using preperai, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the service.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Account data: your email address and an encrypted password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Project and idea data: the product descriptions you enter when creating projects and generating personas.
• Conversation data: the messages exchanged between you and AI-generated personas within the platform.
• Usage data: page visits, feature usage, and interaction patterns, collected in aggregate to understand how the product is used.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment method type. Full payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled exclusively by our payment processors.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to the platform.
• To generate AI personas based on your project descriptions.
• To store your conversations and allow you to continue them across sessions.
• To process payments and manage your subscription status.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• To monitor platform health, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI processing and your data

preperai uses AI to generate personas and power conversations. When you submit a product description or send a message to a persona, that content is processed to generate responses.

We do not use your conversations or project data to train AI models. Your data is used solely to generate responses within your session.

Data retention

Your account data, projects, personas, and conversations are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate billing dispute resolution.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@preperai.space.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies enforced at the database level. No system is completely immune to risk. If you discover a potential vulnerability, contact us at support@preperai.space.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
